I had a fantastic stay at Al Jahra Copthorne Hotel & Resort. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Tandin from reception and Sangay from room service, who made me feel welcome. The hotel has a great location next to the city center, and the dining options were excellent with reasonable prices. However, I wish the poolside service was faster.
